As a coordinator in a different field and a bride who loves intentional details, I could not be happier with my decision to reach out to Erica and have her as my coordinator! I reached out to Erica a little over a month before my wedding in a state of feeling overwhelmed with planning. She got back to me so fast and was ready with phone call meeting times, questions I hadn’t thought about, and my favorite type of response when planning which is “no worries, I got it!”, and she always did!

Our wedding party in addition to padrinos and family was 35 people, not including vendors, and everyone knew what they had to do throughout the day! It was also raining on our wedding day and everything was still all going to plan! Throughout the night, I saw her moving around talking to different vendors or family to keep them in the loop on what was next on the schedule or give them whatever was missing. With everyone keeping me on the dance floor all night, I wouldn’t have had a chance to visit the bar if it weren’t for her bringing over a few of the vendor’s drinks to try.

I received so many compliments on how amazing everything turned out from beginning to end and it definitely was not hard to have the perfect day with Erica as a coordinator! I think something I will always remember is the fact that she took the time to say goodbye before leaving. It might seem like a simple gesture, but so many people tell you to take a step back to remember the day and my day wouldn’t have turned out the way it did without Erica, so being able to thank her before she left meant a lot to me. I only had a short time to work with her but I can only imagine what else she can do and I can’t wait to get asked for a coordinator recommendation so I can get back in touch with her!
